Captain Anthony's Rules
.) We Use Artificial Lures Only: On my boat, we only use artificial lures in true bass sportsmanlike fashion. If you make a special request to bring your own live bait, it may be permitted as long as you don’t make a mess on my boat with it and/or prevent us from efficiently and effectively targeting game fish. If young children are part of your group, I may be especially willing to allow you to bring your own live bait to target panfish.

.) No Keeping Fish: On my boat we practice catch, photograph, and release sportfishing ONLY with no exceptions.
.) Tobacco Products: Customers of legal age may use tobacco products ONLY if you responsibly dispose of your waste and do not make a mess on my boat and/or damage my property with hot cigarette/cigar butts, ashes, or spit waste. Customers that cause damage or mess to my property with tobacco products may be held liable according to my Awgul Fishing Guide Service Agreement and Waiver Document.
.) Absolutely No Alcohol or Illegal Drugs: Alcohol and illegal drugs are not allowed on my boat because alcohol and illegal drugs are prohibited and illegal on the site of all of the lakes that we fish. If I discover that you have brought alcohol or illegal drugs on my boat, I must immediately end your fishing guide trip and take you back to the dock without any refund or credit.
.) Snags: Everyone is bound to get their lure snagged on the bottom of the lake or hung up in a tree every once in a while. When your bait is snagged, notify me immediately so I can help unsnag your lure in judgment free fashion.
.) Bathroom Breaks: My boat does not have a bathroom on it, so if you need to use the bathroom while on the water simply notify me as soon as possible so that I can make accommodations for you to use a bathroom at a nearby boat launch.

.) No swimming: Swimming is not permitted on my guided fishing trips and customers must remain boarded in the boat unless permission is given to offboard.

.) No animals: Animals and/or pets are prohibited from boarding my boat. If you require a service animal during your fishing guide trip, you must contact us to determine if arrangements can be made to board your service animal.

.) Boat Seats: My boat seats are intended for sitting only. Please do not stand or step on my boat seats as this may cause them to tear. Please do not sit or lean on the backs of my boat seats as this may cause them to break. Customers that cause damage to my boat seats may be held liable according to my Awgul Fishing Guide Service Agreement and Waiver.
.) Respect My Equipment: I have invested over $100,000 into my equipment and I invest a lot of time into maintaining my equipment so that I can share it with many others and offer them a positive fishing experience. While on my boat, I require you to respect and preserve my property. This includes respecting my fishing rods, fishing reels, fishing lures, boat seats, boat carpet, and other related property. Customers that cause damage or mess to my property may be held liable according to my Awgul Fishing Guide Service Agreement and Waiver.
.) Have Fun: Sometimes the fish simply don’t want to bite. However, this is no reason to prevent us from having a memorable, educational, and exciting day on the water! I encourage you to maintain a positive attitude while we’re fishing so that everyone can enjoy their time on the water and learn something new while I use my 24 years of fishing experience to try to help you catch fish.
